House > Glenview
Pres opened up this kitchen by removing soffits to heighten the ceiling and removing a pantry. We also installed can lights, a granite-topped island, 42-inch cabinets with crown molding (replacing 30-inch cabinets), under-cabinet lighting, built-in oven and wine fridge. We laid ceramic tile on the floor and tumbled marble on the walls.

House > Morton Grove
Pres removed two walls in this small kitchen to open it up and bring in more light. Floor-to-ceiling cabinets and an L-shaped bar make the most of the space. We installed granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring, giving the kitchen a warm, contemporary feel.

House > Chicago
The owners of this Lincoln Park house dreamed of a new kitchen but only had a small space to work with. Pres suggested tearing down the hallway wall, combining the kitchen with the dining room and living room for an airy great room feel. We installed hardwood floors and recessed lighting throughout the space and replaced the windows and doors. Kitchen features include granite countertops, Craft-Maid cabinets, ceramic tile backsplash designed by the customer, under-counter lighting, and a wine shelf.

Condo > Chicago
The owners of this downtown high-rise condo wanted a dramatic yet elegant-looking kitchen that maximized the space. Pres did all of the tear-down and installation work. To give a feeling of height, we installed a recessed ceiling over the main part of the room with indirect lighting. A specially designed tile backsplash, free-standing island, and 20" x 20" ceramic floor featuring cut-out corners add a unique touch.

Townhouse > Chicago
Pres built this kitchen from scratch where the dining room used to be in this Chicago townhouse. Plumbing and electrical work were totally reconfigured, and a pass-through window with a sliding glass door was added over the sink. African oak cabinets, a floating stainless steel hood, and sleek linear pulls create a clean, modern look. We even added a flat-screen TV on a swinging arm for easy viewing from the kitchen counter and the table.

House > Chicago
We worked within an existing space to upgrade this kitchen. Old metal cabinets were replaced with modern maple cabinets topped with granite counters. A wide-planked wood floor was laid, making the narrow space feel more expansive. Stainless steel appliances and curved steel track lighting add a contemporary flair.
